Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DURING BUSINESS DAYS

Shipping Pricing will be calculated during checkout.

 

We process and ship orders after credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. It may be necessary for a Kneekini representative to contact you to verify additional information. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive its tracking number in an email. Express Orders requesting UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air will ship within the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST. Any Express order placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

RREFUNDS

  • As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited if you are due a refund. (You'll see the credit in 1-2 billing cycles on your statement.) Please allow 30 business days from when we receive your return for processing.

  • Customers with email addresses on file will receive an email detailing the date the refund was processed and the amount.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

  • For a full refund on your credit card (minus shipping costs), your return must be postmarked within 14 business days after you receive your order.

  • All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.

  • Return labels are not available for domestic or international orders.

  • Merchandise received after 45 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, reorder or refund. The items will be returned to the sender.

  • Items purchased anywhere other than Kneekini.com will be returned to the customer.

  • NO UPS Pickups will be provided for return packages; the customer must drop off the package at the carriers location i.e.FEDEX, USPS, UPS at their own cost).
